The Attender Survey is to be completed by all church attenders aged 16 years and over.
The Child Survey is for child attenders aged 8 to 15 years. It is optional for churches.
Parents or Carers need to provide written consent.
For senior local church leaders or those in a significant position of local ministry plus those in other ministries.
For the primary local church leader in a church that started from 2011 onward.
About the 2026 National Church Life Survey
The survey is designed to listen to the views of your attenders to provide a picture of your church's health and vitality.
The National Church Life Survey includes the Attender Survey for attenders aged 16 years and over, plus the optional Child Survey for child attenders aged 8 to 15 years. Paper and online survey options are available. More information
